In the beginning of 2022, ALFABETA General Contracting was founded as an extension of ALFABETA for Engineering Works, operating as a general contracting firm with a specific focus on Turnkey projects across different sectors, including healthcare, commercial, and institutional facilities. Over time, the company's capabilities expanded beyond general contracting, developing comprehensive expertise in civil works, MEP engineering systems, and fine finishing.

Comprehensive rehabilitation and development of Shobra Medical Complex to achieve full accreditation from GAHAR, qualifying it under the Universal Health Insurance System.

GAHAR Accreditation Standards: Full compliance with healthcare quality criteria.
Infection Control: Bacteria-resistant sterilizable marble, granite & ceramic finishes.
Accessibility & Safety: Dedicated ramps, patient handrails, and automated fire protection.
Facility Security: Specialized protection for radiology rooms, generator & control central hub.

Operational Challenge & Solution

Executing major structural and architectural upgrades while medical operations continued uninterrupted. ALFABETA implemented a 3-stage isolated zone rotation, maintaining strict dust barriers and patient safety at all times.

Comprehensive renovation, structural strengthening, and modern upgrading of a major healthcare facility. Includes concrete jacketing, addition of a steel services floor, full MEP networks, and high-end architectural finishes.

ALF MASKAN COMPREHENSIVE CLINIC

Structural Strengthening: Complete concrete jacketing of columns, tie beams, and slabs.
Lightweight Steel Floor: Upper steel floor hosting water plant, fire pumps, and generator.
Architectural Finishes: High-end interior fit-out, 750 m² Alucobond and glass façades.
MEP & Safety Systems: Full HVAC central cooling, fire protection, and CCTV surveillance.

Engineering Challenge & Achievement

Upon structural audit, extensive strengthening was required beyond initial plans. ALFABETA managed the full building evacuation, strengthened every structural member, and constructed the upper steel service floor with all official permits seamlessly.
